You can reach us via service@ilatr.com and automatically create a “ticket” in our system. Our technicians provide 24/7 service and support for first identifying and then remotely or on-site urgent solutions to the problems you encounter through an online line to be established.

MAINTENANCE

Remote Maintenance

Through the online line to be established, our technicians can observe and analyze the status of your system. Thus, they can examine and eliminate possible errors that may occur. In addition, when software updates related to the system need to be made, these updates are carried out with the help of remote access.

Periodic Maintenance

We provide preventive maintenance service at the intervals specified in the agreement to ensure that the system operates at the highest possible level. Within the scope of this maintenance, our technicians and other relevant personnel examine your system on-site, perform the necessary maintenance steps, and present the results to you in a report.

Spare Parts

Depending on the size of the system owned by our customers, a certain amount of spare parts inventory is kept to be used when needed. When necessary, detailed information and training are also provided to our customers’ technical team regarding the replacement of some parts.
