New Personnel Training
In your warehouse or factory, teams using the system and even providing technical support to the system may change from time to time. Upon request and call, the ILA Technical Service unit can provide ‘User Training’ to new users in specific groups and ‘Preventive Technical Service Support’ training to the technical team that will communicate with the ILA remote support unit.

System Control and Training
The demands and needs of the end customer are now very dynamic. In a continuously developing and changing world, the systems you use may need to be renewed or expanded. You can request system control and related training from the ILA Technical Service unit for your demands such as extending input and output conveyors, increasing the capacity of main conveyor lines, or adding new modules to the IWS system. The ILA Technical Service unit, which listens to your new needs and controls the system accordingly, will come to you with the most suitable solution.
